We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. Despite being close to a school, we rarely noticed any noise. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area and a patio to enjoy the views. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the free toiletries to the electric kettle for our convenience. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the free Wi-Fi kept us connected throughout our stay. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which exceeded our expectations with its variety and delicious flavors. this place is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The 4 star hotel as stated in your website. Our first impression with the hotel staff are,we could not find a smile , no Sawasdee , no welcome from the staff. Just only conceige boy who has no smile left on the face,no thank you after take 100 bht tips. Surrounding the hotel has nothing to look to be Green and many things look like debris infront of the hotel. Room is clean but there are rubbish on the balcony, cigarett and dust (we are non smoker). Sliding door to balcony can not lock ,feeling no safety if stay at the lower floor. But toilet door is too difficult to close and make noise when open. Mean, less maintenance. In a coffee shop , we just learnt that the 4 star level ,all staff wear the rubber slipper and no more smile, no more welcome, no thank you . service very poor . food are very simple and no plastic cover for the fruits and salad , a lot of flies. They need to be improved if compare with the other hotel as the same rate.
Feeling horrible. I finally understanding because , they just passed the seriously flood and the hotel management should cheer up their staff to recover their services mind A.S.A.P.

This hotel has a great location close to the highway, a park, and a convenience store. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the beds were so comfortable that I had the best sleep in a long time during my weekend stay. The breakfast had a lot of options, including several tasty Thai dishes.
Although the hotel had some great features, the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. It would have been nice to receive more information about the hotel and the local area upon check-in. Additionally, the room lacked some essential amenities, such as a mini-refrigerator and a larger balcony.

This hotel is perfectly located near a night stall food market and right in the center of town. the room is well-maintained and comfortable with quirky decor, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the breakfast offers a variety of Thai and Chinese dishes and is included with the price. the hotel features modern facilities and beautiful Chinese artwork on display.
Some of the staff may struggle with English communication, which could be difficult for non-Thai speakers.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, being very close to downtown, shopping malls, and nightlife areas. The staff was highly accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, including the parking area, which was spacious and secure. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Good value for price. Great for families with children. Convenient location, close to the train station and city center. the rooftop bar is a great spot to relax in the evening.
Inconsistent hot water in the shower. the balcony is too small to be of any use.
